Challenging the Award, on September 27, 2023, BSNL filed a 1301 page petition before the Delhi High Court, which on the very first day of hearing on October 3, 2023, was dismissed with a detailed 24 page order. No notice was issued. Vihaan\u2019s lawyers were present in the court but they did not have to speak a word.
