This lack of disclosure can lead to a lack of accountability and arbitrary decision-making,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology had ordered temporary blocking of around 177 social media accounts and web links that are linked to the farmers\u2019 protest, PTI had reported, citing sources.
