In addition to the Sunil Mittal-led telco, it is backed by four institutional investors including Mobme and Zone Startups India, and eight angel investors along with Biju Kanakkasseri.<\/p>\n<p>Waybeo\u2019s call-tracking product serves about 22,000 locations across India. Its clients include industry giants such as Royal Enfield, Tata Motors, and Honda Cars India. It provides in-depth intelligence services, enabling marketers to optimise their strategies and drive revenue through ad-driven phone calls.<\/p>\n<p>Before the acquisition, Waybeo unveiled \u2018CS Conversations\u2019 for CareStack, offering AI-powered call analysis and real-time transcriptions to enhance patient-practitioner communications.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Integrating Waybeo&#8217;s advanced analytics into our platform is a game-changer. It aligns with our commitment to redefine dental care. We are expanding capabilities and reshaping patient communication. Our collective strength will transform dental operations, empowering practices with cutting-edge tools,\u201d said Abhilash Krishna, CEO CareStack.<\/p>\n<p>CareStack said in the statement with the acquisition, Waybeo is poised for accelerated growth, expanding its footprint in India and the international market, and expand presence beyond healthcare, such as automobile, consumer durables, insurance, broking, and real estate.<\/p>\n<p>Mumbai will be the key business hub, anchoring the company&#8217;s strategic operations.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This acquisition is a strategic move that combines Waybeo&#8217;s tech proficiency with CareStack&#8217;s market reach.
