Homegrown telecom gear and hardware maker VVDN Technologies on Thursday launched an end-to-end private 5G solution for enterprises.<\/p>\n
VVDN said the private 5G solution comprises its indigenously designed ORAN Radio Units (RUs), customised CU\/DU, and 5G Core. \u201cThe solution is completely designed, developed, integrated, and fully tested by VVDN,\u201d the company said.<\/p>\n
The company underscored that its private 5G solution has been in research and development for the last four years. During this time, the solution was tested for factors such as on-time network launch, network performance, downtime prevention, and maintaining service-level agreements (SLAs), among others.<\/p>\n
The private 5G solution, as per VVDN, can be deployed for facilities as complex as warehouses, manufacturing, campuses, stadiums, airports, seaports, oil & gas, and more.<\/p>\n
VVDN said it plans to work with global OEMs, telecom operators, and system integrators to drive the adoption of the private enterprise wireless solution.<\/p>\n
The company noted that it is already engaged with customers in North America (US and Canada), Europe, UK, Japan, S. Korea and India markets. VVDN, however, did not state specific details.<\/p>\n
