Homegrown handset maker Lava on Monday said it has signed a partnership with edtech platform Doubtnut to provide access to education to students via smartphones. <\/p>\n
Lava said in a statement that its upcoming smartphone will come pre-loaded with Doubtnut app, which will provide \u201cfree subscription to quality education\u201d for students. In addition, students will be able to access Doubtnut\u2019s instant doubt-solving platform. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe partnership enables us to reach out to a larger number of students across India. With this association we want to ensure that the aspirations of the youth are nurtured and valued,\u201d said Sunil Raina, President & Business Head, Lava International. <\/p>\n
Together we aim at creating an impact and touching lives of students, enabling them to shape our nation\u2019s future. As part of the 1-year free course subscription, students can access Doubtnut\u2019s premium courses in both Hindi and English,\u201d said Aditya Shankar, Founder, Doubtnut. <\/p>\n
The Doubtnut app is accessible 24×7 to students and apart from online courses, the edtech platform claims that a student can clear his or her doubt \u201cjust by clicking the image of the question and get an instant video solution\u201d.<\/p>\n
