(Twitter for iPhone, Twitter for Android).\u201d Musk reshared this tweet and said \u201cHallelujah!!\u201d.<\/p>\n
Then Musk posted a tweet from his account that said \u201cAnd we will finally stop adding what device a tweet was written on (waste of screen space & compute) below every tweet. Literally no one even knows why we did that.\u201d<\/p>\n
According to a twitter user with the id name @affinitweet_, this label keeps the platform safe and wrote \u201cIt is necessary to know from where the tweet has been published. Not to know if people use an iPhone, Android or TweetDeck, but to know if the tweet has actually been published by the user or a third-party app. It\u2019s nonsense to remove it if you want to keep Twitter safe.\u201d<\/p>\n
