Roon is also a manufacturer of a line of hardware server appliances called \u2018Nucleus\u2019. The companies, however, did not disclose the financial details of the acquisition.<\/p>\n

Roon will operate as a standalone Harman business with its existing team, and all Roon operations will stay in place, Stamford, Connecticut-headquartered Harman said.<\/p>\n
Harman, meanwhile, said it is \u201ccommitted to growing Roon\u2019s open device ecosystem which includes collaborating with more than 160 other audio brands, delivering audio to more than 1000 high-performance devices\u201d.<\/p>\n
