The revised target implies 23% upside from current levels. <\/p>\n<p>Nomura said Avalon entered a joint venture with Zollner Elektronic AG, an unlisted leading European electronics manufacturing services (EMS) company, for PCBA, box-build and system integration manufacturing in India.
