It has began the production to support broadband connectivity, 5G networks, FTTH, data centers, smart cities, defense, and other critical communication systems. <\/p>\n<p>The second facility, Voltters Technologies, is equipped with modern robotic technology and Industry 4.0 automation. It has also commenced production of BESS and Lithium-ion battery solutions. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese industrial units have seen an investment of \u20b9850 crore. Through this, more than 30,000 youth will gain employment,\u201d said Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav on microblogging platform X Thursday. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe establishment of industrial units linked to modern technologies like lithium batteries is an important step for future needs. This plant is the country&#8217;s third-largest unit for lithium batteries,\u201d Yadav said. <\/p>\n<p>Devendra Singh Shekhawat, CMD, Pratap Group, said, \u201cToday is not merely an inauguration, but a day that marks a new direction for India&#8217;s bright future, clean energy, and advanced technology. With the launch of our Battery Energy Storage Systems and Advanced Optical Fibre facilities, we celebrate both pride and joy.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister of Culture &#038; Tourism, said, \u201cWe stand at the threshold of the digital and AI era, where advanced technologies will play a pivotal role in India&#8217;s growth. Reliable power supply and high-level connectivity are essential, and optical fibre and storage systems will bridge this gap, enabling secure harnessing of solar and wind energy.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The Gurugram-headquartered vendor has a business presence in optical fibre batteries, and executes turnkey projects, and has won large-scale BharatNet contracts. <\/p>\n<p>In March, it signed a \u20b98,025 crore contract with the state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM) a middle-mile network under the BharatNet Phase 3 programme across three packages \u2013 Rajasthan, Haryana, and Assam. <\/p>\n<p>In February, the company secured Odisha and Andhra Pradesh packages of the 4G Saturation\u2019s Infrastructure-as-a-Service provider from BSNL. <\/p>\n<p>Pratap and the public sector undertaking (PSU) Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL) had outbid rivals to emerge as the L1 bidders under the remaining four packages of the BharatNet Phase-3 programme. <\/p>\n<p>Pratap Technocrats emerged as the L1 bidder in three packages \u2013 Package-2 (Rajasthan) with a value of \u20b92,839.25-crore; Package-10 (Haryana) with a value of \u20b9836.78-crore; and Package-14 (Assam) with a value of \u20b9831.61-crore. <\/p>\n<p>TCIL, meanwhile, won the NER-1 (Mizoram, Tripura and Meghalaya) package, valued at \u20b9767.97 crore.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Homegrown telecom infrastructure maker Pratap Group on Thursday opened two new manufacturing facilities in Madhya Pradesh for advanced optical fibre and battery energy storage systems (BESS) and Lithium-ion (Li-ion) solutions.
