Telecom software vendor Amdocs has won an operational support system (OSS) modernisation deal with Brazilian telecom operator Vivo, according to a joint statement.<\/p>\n
This will see Vivo upgrading to the Amdocs CES2X platform, aligning its licensing capacity to support the continued growth of its customer base, and renewing services and the platform technology upgrade.<\/p>\n
The OSS modernisation will enhance service activation, inventory, and provisioning capabilities for Vivo, according to the statement. The CES2X will further support future automation and digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n
