India\u2019s Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said it has won a new multi-year, “multi-million” deal from automation giant ABB to modernise its network operations. <\/p>\n
As part of this deal, TCS will deliver end-to-end global network operations through an integrated network-as-a-service model for ABB, thereby improving user experience, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening security and compliance. <\/p>\n
The Tata Group\u2019s IT firm will design, integrate, and run ABB\u2019s global network ecosystem as a secure, modern, and AI-driven service. It will also orchestrate ABB\u2019s multi-vendor environment to ensure seamless operations. <\/p>\n
The deal will see the deployment of a service-driven architecture, which will centralise the control framework combining service integration and management (SIAM), a global network operations center, advanced security capabilities to safeguard infrastructure, and modernise network systems. <\/p>\n
TCS will further enable end-to-end monitoring and orchestration. <\/p>\n
