French AI-driven telecom software company Airties has acquired Indian startup Aprecomm to expand internationally, bolster its Internet Service Provider (ISP) and broadband customer base, and drive research and development (R&D). <\/p>\n
The companies, however, did not disclose the financial terms of the deal. <\/p>\n
Aprecomm, founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bengaluru, provides self-healing Wi-Fi and broadband network solutions for ISPs. <\/p>\n
Today, Aprecomm manages more than 7 million homes and business locations, serving more than 50 ISPs worldwide. It has raised $3.91 million in two funding rounds, including a strategic investment from wireline internet provider ACT Fibernet, according to data from market intelligence firm Tracxn. <\/p>\n
Under the terms of the agreement, Aprecomm will operate as a subsidiary of Airties following the close of the deal. <\/p>\n
Aprecomm will continue to provide tailored solutions to serve its customers and the markets in which it operates.<\/p>\n
