Singtel on Friday said it has partnered with the Digital Industry Singapore (DISG) to drive a multi-year artificial intelligence (AI) transformation across its businesses. <\/p>\n
Under the pact, Singtel Singapore will initially receive S$28 million (or ~$22 million) in funding from DISG to strengthen its capabilities in AI-enabled operations, digital infrastructure, customer platforms, and workforce development.<\/p>\n
This partnership is in line with Singapore\u2019s National AI Strategy 2.0, which aims to strengthen sovereign digital capabilities, grow local AI talent pipelines and develop globally competitive AI leaders capable of driving long-term economic growth and industry transformation. <\/p>\n
