Speaking at an event at the Stanford alongside Congressman Ro Khanna and former national security adviser H.R. McMaster, Huang said: \u201cI say to everybody, \u2018Move to California. Don\u2019t leave. It\u2019s the highest taxes in the world, but it\u2019s OK.
