Vodafone Idea Ltd was nearly flat, while state-run Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) continued to lose subscribers. <\/p>\n<p>India&#8217;s total wireless subscriber base, which includes mobile phone users and fixed wireless access (FWA) users, increased by 6.97 million during the month to 1.273 billion.
