Infineon, India’s Zenergize team up on power-electronics

NEW DELHI: German chipmaker Infineon on Thursday has partnered with India’s Zenergize to provide its advanced wide-bandgap (WBG) power semiconductors, including silicon carbide (SiC) technology, and application engineering support, to support the indigenous manufacturing of energy solutions.

The Gurugram-headquartered Zenergize is a power-electronics company that designs and manufactures high-performance solutions for the solar, EV charging, and clean-energy sectors.
