Bharti Airtel says 20,000 employees engage with customers to enhance experience
NEW DELHI: Bharti Airtel on Thursday said its nearly 20,000 executives worked with frontline teams to engage directly with customers to assess their pain points, in a bid to enhance experience.
Airtel employees, as part of the “Customer Day 2026”, worked alongside frontline teams to engage directly with customers and field engineers, visited homes and shops, and interacted at retail and service centres to gain a view of the issues that matter most, Airtel said.
“Customer Day” strengthens the telco’s commitment to solving pain points, simplifying experiences and continuously raising the standard of service it delivers to millions of its customers daily, said Shashwat Sharma, MD & CEO, Airtel India.
