Google has announced that it has completed the acquisition of cybersecurity company Wiz for $32 billion, marking the largest deal in the company’s history – dwarfing its previous record of $12.5 billion purchase of Motorola Mobility in 2012. Wiz is a leading cloud security platform and has been acquired in an all-cash deal. With this purchase, Google is betting on enhancing its cloud security.
