Amazon down for UK users: Thousands report facing payment failures, app glitches and error messages

Amazon is facing a major outage in the UK. Thousands of users of the e-commerce platform have reported facing issues, including payment failures, app glitches, and error messages while trying to complete purchases. According to outage-tracking website Down Detector, more than 2,000 complaints were recorded at the time of writing, with reports rising sharply.

The issues appear to have started around 11 am UK time (around 4.30 pm India time), affecting customers who are unable to view orders or check out items in their carts.
