‘Third world aliens are coming through H1B visas’: Texas activist targets Hindu temple in viral post

A Texas-based conservative activist has sparked controversy after sharing a social media post that framed a prominent Hindu temple in Frisco as evidence of what he described as a cultural “invasion” driven by the H-1B visa programme. The post, which circulated widely on X over the past few days, used inflammatory language to criticise Indian immigration and questioned why demographic changes were occurring in Texas.

The post was shared by Carlos Turcios, a Republican activist based in the Dallas–Fort Worth region.
