Amagi’s revenue jumps 22% in Q3, profit stands at Rs 31 crore

Software-as-a-service (SaaS) firm Amagi Media Labs on Thursday reported a 22% on-year rise in revenue to Rs 404 crore in Q3FY25. Its adjusted Ebitda stood at Rs 58 crore, while net profit came in at Rs 31 crore. The company said that its platform, which connects advertisers and content distributors, continues to see growth.

For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Amagi’s revenue grew 30% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 1,109 crore. For the same period, its adjusted EBITDA stood at Rs 116 crore and net profit at Rs 37 crore.
