OpenAI’s popular chatbot ChatGPT suffered a brief outage on February 3 in the US. Due to the outage thousands of users were not able to access the AI chatbot across the web and mobile platforms. As reported by DownDetector, thousands of users were not able to login in the service and some also faced stalled and error messages. The ChatGPT outage affected multiple regions, sparking frustration among individuals and businesses that rely on the tool for daily tasks.

OpenAI acknowledged the issue and confirmed that the engineers team was working on resolving the issue.
