Nokia’s chair Sari Baldauf to leave company

NEW DELHI: Finnish telecom kit maker Nokia on Thursday said that its chair, Sari Baldauf, has planned to step down, and it would propose Timo Ihamuotila as her successor.

“Sari Baldauf has informed the Board’s Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee that she will no longer be available to serve on the Nokia Board of Directors after the Annual General Meeting (April 9, 2026),” Nokia said in a statement, following the release of its fourth quarter and full-year financial results for 2025.
