The head of AI at Microsoft says that the next step could be a lot more personal. Mustafa Suleyman, the CEO of Microsoft AI, says that in the next five years, most people will have their own AI helper that knows them well and helps them with their daily tasks. Unlike today’s chatbots and digital assistants, these systems wouldn’t just do what you tell them to. They would also learn from what their users do, where they are, what they like, and what they want to do.
