City colleges plan to integrate AI into degree programmes

Chennai: After generative AI tools captured the imagination of students, arts and science colleges in the city are planning to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into degree programmes in the next academic year. Some colleges are planning to change the nomenclature to reflect the change in curriculum, while others are planning to offer it as add-on courses.
