US Labour Department data reveals how much Walmart pays designers, software engineers, and other tech workers on H-1B visa

Walmart pays its highest tech salaries to senior product and engineering leaders, with base pay going up to $481,000 a year, data filed with the US Labor Department shows. It reveals details of salaries offered to foreign workers hired under the H-1B visa programme. As per the filing, the retail giant has applied to hire more than 4,000 workers through the H-1B visa programme. The labor department data covers base salaries only and does not include bonuses, stock awards or other benefits.
