Wipro completes $375 million acquisition of Harman’s DTS unit; integrates 5,600 employees globally
IT major Wipro has completed the acquisition of HARMAN’s Digital Transformation Solutions (DTS) business unit in a $375 million deal, as it gets regulatory approvals.
The deal was announced on August 21, 2025, and, with the successful closure of the deal, the company will begin operating as part of Wipro’s engineering global business line, Wipro said in a statement.
