Amazon opens 2 micro-fulfillment centers daily as 10-minute Amazon Now delivery demand surges

Amazon India is doubling down on ultra-fast commerce, opening two micro-fulfillment centers every day to bring 10-minute deliveries to more neighborhoods across Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai.

The aggressive expansion will take Amazon Now’s footprint to over 300 centers by year-end, up from 100 during the festive season. The acceleration comes as Prime members triple their shopping frequency once they discover the service, signaling a fundamental shift in how urban Indians shop for daily essentials.
