Wipro wins multi-year deal with Dutch telco Odido to modernise IT landscape, deploy AI
NEW DELHI: IT major Wipro has won a multi-year contract with the Dutch telco Odido Netherlands to modernise its IT landscape and enhance customer experience through artificial intelligence (AI).
The homegrown consulting services firm will assist Odido in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction, boosting productivity, and optimising operations to lower costs.
The partnership utilises a “self-funded model”, that is, the savings generated from improved productivity and streamlined operations will be reinvested to fund continuous digital initiatives, the companies said in a joint statement.
