Apple has approached the Delhi High Court challenging an amendment made in the Competition Act, 2002 that allowed the Competition Commission of India (CCI) to penalise companies on the basis of their global turnover.
A division bench comprising Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tushar Rao Gedela is likely to hear the iPhone maker’s petition against the CCI.
