Delhi Secretariat to get upgraded LAN, Wi-Fi infrastructure

New Delhi: The Delhi government is working on revamping the local area network (LAN) and Wi-Fi infrastructure at the Secretariat building for an updated digital ecosystem, officials said on Saturday.

The existing LAN at the Delhi Secretariat is over a decade old, which needs an overhaul as it sometimes faces glitches, hampering work. It also requires updates according to the new technology and improvements in internet connectivity, they said.
