Tata Elxsi inks pact with GSMA to drive enterprise API uptake, network monetisation

NEW DELHI: Tata Elxsi, a homegrown provider of design and technology services, and the GSMA, the global telecom industry association, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) under the “GSMA Fusion initiative” to drive the adoption of enterprise APIs, and support telecom carriers’ 5G monetisation efforts.

This strategic collaboration aims to help mobile operators secure new revenue streams by monetising their networks through standardised APIs, delivering enterprise-ready digital services across critical sectors like automotive, industrial, healthcare, and entertainment, said the companies in a joint statement on Thursday.
