French IDEMIA says India contributing to post-quantum R&D for 5G hardware, algorithms
NEW DELHI: A top executive of France-based IDEMIA said India is contributing to the company’s post-quantum technology initiatives through research and development (R&D) for fifth-generation or 5G-driven products and algorithms.
“India plays a vital role in IDEMIA’s global post-quantum initiatives by driving research and development for products such as post-quantum eSIM, quantum-safe 5G SIM, and Smart Connect Manager, which is our eSIM lifecycle management solution,” Rahul Tandon, senior vice president (connectivity services – India), IDEMIA Secure Transactions, told ETTelecom.
