Blue Cloud Softech inks $150 mn tech transfer pact with Israeli firm for edge IoT chips

NEW DELHI: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) on Tuesday said it has signed a $150-million transfer of technology (ToT) agreement with an Israeli company to co-develop edge artificial intelligence (AI) chips for the AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) and industrial automation applications.

The agreement includes a five-year strategic investment plan by BCSSL covering technology integration, product development, and manufacturing setup in India, along with revenue sharing with the Israeli technology partner for hardware design transfer and intellectual property rights.
