OpenAI recently announced that it will offer one-year free ChatGPT Go subscription for all users in India. Launched in August this year, ChatGPT Go costs Rs 399 per month. It was designed as a bridge between the free tier and ChatGPT Plus subscription. Starting November 4, users will be able to purchase ChatGPT Go subscription at no additional cost for a limited period. The decision follows Google’s move to make its AI Pro membership free for students for a year.
