Following its successful integration into Google Search’s AI Mode and Google Lens, Google is now reportedly embedding Nano Banana into Google Messages. Android Authority recently spotted that Google Messages version 20251009 contains code referencing Nano Banana functionality. It also reported Google’s efforts to incorporate Nano Banana into Google Photos, suggesting the tech giant aims to weave this feature across its entire app ecosystem. In Google Messages, enabling the feature unveils a Banana icon in the header when users long-press an image in personal or group chats, hinting at seamless AI image editing within conversations.
