Facebook’s AI tool can now suggest edits for Photos stored on your phone
Facebook has launched a new AI-powered feature that can automatically suggest edits and collages for photos and videos stored locally on your phone—without uploading them to the cloud. The feature, now available in the U.S. and Canada, is designed to help users rediscover and share personal moments more creatively and effortlessly. Once enabled, the tool scans your camera roll for standout images and videos—those “hidden gems” often buried among screenshots and receipts—and offers enhancements, stylized edits, and collage suggestions. These recommendations appear privately to the user, who can choose whether to save, share, or ignore them.
