Data-centre firm Sify Infinit files papers for ₹3,700-cr IPO
New Delhi: Sify Infinit Spaces Ltd, a subsidiary of Sify Technologies, has filed preliminary papers with markets regulator Sebi to raise ₹3,700 crore through an initial public offering (IPO). This would also be the country’s first data centre IPO.
