India Mobile Congress 2025: India to strengthen AI governance, create framework for nations, says Pemmasani

NEW DELHI: Minister of State (MoS) for Communications Chandra Sekhar Pemmasani said on Thursday that the Centre will strengthen its artificial intelligence (AI) governance, and create a framework for other nations to follow.

“We will strengthen our AI governance, aligning with global standards while staying true to Indian values, building a framework that other nations can follow,” Pemmasani said at the inauguration of the International AI Summit at the second-day of the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2025.
