Google launches AI-powered mood board app ‘Mixboard’ to rival Pinterest

Google has unveiled Mixboard, a new AI-powered mood board app designed to help users brainstorm, design, and visualize ideas through generative technology. The launch marks Google’s latest push into creative AI tools, positioning the app as a direct competitor to Pinterest’s collage features and other digital mood board platforms. Mixboard is currently available in the U.S. as a public beta through Google Labs at labs.google/mixboard. Google has also launched a Discord community for early adopters to share feedback and ideas.
