Hitachi to acquire Synvert to bolster agentic & physical AI development
NEW DELHI: Hitachi on Thursday said it is acquiring German cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) services provider, Synvert, from private equity (PE) firm Maxburg to accelerate the development of agentic and physical AI solutions.
Following the close of the acquisition in the financial year ending March 2026, Synvert will become a subsidiary of Hitachi’s US subsidiary, GlobalLogic.
The companies did not disclose the financial terms.
