ChrysCapital, InCred invest ₹1,200 crore in Amber subsidiary ILJIN Electronics

ILJIN Electronics India, a material subsidiary and Electronics division of Amber Group, raised ₹1,200 Crore in strategic funding, from ChrysCapital and InCred Growth Partners Fund I (InCred PE), along with their respective affiliates, the company said on Sunday.

Homegrown fund ChrysCapital is leading this investment round, whereby they will invest ₹1,100 crore and InCred PE will invest 100 crore in the form of equity shares and compulsory convertible preference shares.
