Jio Haptik launches WhatsApp AI agents for India’s SMBs, price starts at ₹10,000
NEW DELHI: Jio Haptik, the conversational artificial intelligence (AI) firm and a subsidiary of Jio Platforms, on Wednesday launched enterprise-grade WhatsApp AI agents for small and medium businesses (SMBs).
Jio Haptik has initially launched a ₹10,000 plan, which covers 2,000 AI-powered conversations, providing businesses with the flexibility to pay as per their actual usage and scale as needed.
The company said in a statement that its Interakt solution, powered by an in-house agentic AI platform, will enable SMBs to deploy intelligent WhatsApp and voice AI agent capabilities, enabling the automation of business operations.
