Centre commits entire $10 billion under ISM, second edition to be released soon: S Krishnan

NEW DELHI: The Centre has committed the entire $10-billion outlay under the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), including for the two-to-three yet to be announced projects.

Subsequently, the government has drawn up the blueprint for the second edition of the scheme, and will be announced soon, said S Krishnan, secretary, Ministry of Electronics and IT (MeitY) on Tuesday.
