‘Algorithm research to spawn new winners’: IBM’s Crowder

India is IBM’s second-largest community of learners globally, trailing only the US, however, the country lags in application research, said Scott Crowder, vice president of IBM quantum adoption.

Crowder told ET that the company is focusing on partnering with India in its National Quantum Mission and regional initiatives, not just for skill development but also to foster application research algorithm discovery.
