Microsoft takes up 264,000 sq ft office in Hyderabad at ₹5.4 cr per month
Bengaluru: Microsoft India (R&D) has signed one of Hyderabad’s largest office lease transactions this year, taking up 264,000 sq ft in the city’s financial district.
The global technology major has entered into a fresh five-year lease with managed workspace operator Table Space Technologies, with the contract commencing on July 1, 2025, mentioned in the registered lease document shared by Propstack.
