    H-1B visa jobs in the United States: Tech companies are posting job ads in local newspapers targeting immigrants instead of American-born workers, violating regulations on hiring H-1B foreign workers, reports Newsweek.

    Companies that hire H-1B foreign workers seeking a green card are required to offer positions to American-born workers, but employment ads in local newspapers are purportedly aimed toward immigrants instead.
