Google India launches comprehensive Elder Care Program to help employees care for their aging parents
Google India has introduced a dedicated Elder Care Program to support employees managing the dual responsibilities of career advancement and caring for aging family members, addressing a critical need in India’s changing demographic landscape. The initiative provides comprehensive support across three key areas: emotional wellbeing, physical health, and safety services.
