Raj Nayak launches House of IP in partnership with YAAP Digital

Raj Nayak, former COO of Viacom18 and founder of House of Cheer, has announced the launch of his latest venture, House of IP, in partnership with YAAP Digital, a leading digital content and influencer marketing company.

Positioned as a first-of-its-kind venture studio, House of IP aims to create, curate and scale original intellectual properties across entertainment, sport, music festivals, digital formats and branded experiences. The studio will also collaborate with existing IP owners, offering strategic advisory, brand building, content development and monetisation services.
