Zscaler launches solution to enable zero-trust security for IoT, OT devices

NEW DELHI: Multinational cybersecurity firm Zscaler on Wednesday launched the “Zscaler Cellular” solution for Internet of Things (IoT) and Operational Technology (OT) devices, eliminating the need for additional software or virtual networks for secure connections.

In a statement, the company said that the solution delivers “resilient connectivity” by ensuring IoT and OT devices automatically connect to any mobile network globally, while providing zero attack surface by isolating each device on its “private island”, with all connections securely routed through the Zscaler platform.
